KGO's fitness niche is filled by energetic fitness guru Joanie Greggains. Joanie, who is well-known to the physically fit through her best-selling workout videos (more than sixteen million sold!), brings her special brand of health, diet, and fitness advice to KGO on Saturday mornings.

Joanie's goal is to make the masses fit and healthy, in mind and in body. To help her cause, her guests have included experts in every health field imaginable. Joanie covers the latest fitness trends - everything from exercise, nutrition, and health issues to the latest in equipment, classes, and workout wear.

Joanie insists that she does take it easy sometimes. She loves movies and the theater, and is devoted to her family and friends. "I'm happiest when I go through a day and feel I've done the best I can in every situation."
